Rachel Heseltine is an experienced senior Digital Marketer who has demonstrated the ability to grow and lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in a variety of highly competitive, fast paced industries.  Strong technical and business qualifications with a track record of hands-on experience.  Proven skills to successfully analyze an organization’s online marketing strategy, identifying deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop a plan to implement solutions to improve ROI.

She is happily ensconced as the VP of SEO at CBS Digital, Paramount Global, helping to drive traffic and branding efforts to industry leading sites such as CBS News, CBS Sports, MaxPreps, Entertainment Tonight, and others. Previously she was VP of Search Strategy at Trader Interactive, working with well known marketplace sites such as RVTrader, CommercialTruckTrader, CycleTrader and EquipmentTrader.   Rachel also ran Search for ForRent Inc, and was the Global SEO Business Lead for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Before that, she was the Senior Director of Audience Development for AOL Inc.  In this position Rachel and her team were responsible for planning and implementing SEO, Social Media and Email Marketing projects and training for many well known sites across the AOL brand portfolio – TechCrunch, Engadget, Huffington Post, Autoblog, Stylelist, etc.

Rachel is a frequent public speaker at conferences around the US, and the UK on all manner of topics related to online marketing, and has published articles for various news sites over the years including Forbes, HuffingtonPost, SearchEngineLand, and others.  From 2011- 2015 she taught an Online Marketing class at Georgetown University as part of their Digital Marketing program.

Rachel has worked in online marketing since 2005, and she has experience working with SEO, Social Media, B2B, B2C  Reputation Management, newsletters and PPC. She has built up online marketing teams, and has been brought in by several companies, to train in-house online marketing teams in industry best practices.
